Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

What happens if the items received are defective, incorrect or damaged?

Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing, and/or defective goods. Please include your order number, photos of the items, and all relevant references once you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Are customs and tax fees due?

The prices displayed on our website are in euros. This means that you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import taxes, customs duties, and related customs fees may apply once your order arrives at its final destination. These are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and not ours. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs authorities. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any later requests will be declined. You may return your order after receipt for a full refund.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please expect longer processing times during holidays and sales. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of the card issuing bank receiving the returned item or cancellation. Please contact the card issuing bank if you have any questions about the timing of the refund. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, please follow these steps: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to post to your account.
